I am a board-certified family medicine physician who has been practicing for over 20 years. I've spent time in several other countries including my time in the Peace Corps in Thailand in the early 1990s.

I am a board-certified internal medicine physician. I began my career as a primary care doctor in New York City before relocating to Minnesota in 2019.

I have my BSN in Nursing from UW-Madison. I did my Nursing research and thesis on chronic condition management and self-care behaviors.Personally and professionally, I value growth, connection, and health.

I have both a B.S. in Pharmacy and a Pharm. D. B.S. from UW-Madison, Pharm. D from University of Colorado.I hold numerous fitness certifications including post natal fitness (even when your child is a grown adult, you are still post-natal) core/pelvic floor restoration, spinning, and TRX.

I am a clinical certified medical assistant with specialty certifications in electrocardiograms and phlebotomy.
